Anthony Netkovick
Special Education Advocate
With 20 years of personal experience in the field of Special Education, I have dedicated myself to supporting students and families in meaningful ways. For the past 10 years, I’ve been professionally specializing in Special Education and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), taking on various roles, including Special Education Teacher and Administrator. Throughout this time, I have worked in the public school setting and across multiple agencies, leading teams in providing ABA Therapy in both home and clinical environments.
Additionally, I am a Certified Crisis Prevention Instructor, which has equipped me to support both students and staff in managing challenging situations with safety and respect. This dual perspective—spanning both personal experience and professional expertise—has strengthened my ability to approach each child’s needs with empathy and tailored strategies.
I am deeply passionate about making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families. I believe that every student deserves an individualized approach, and I remain committed to ensuring that educators always do whatever it takes to foster positive outcomes for all students
Special Education Advocacy Services assist families in navigating the complex landscape of special education to ensure their child receives the appropriate support and resources they need to succeed in school. Advocates work alongside parents, guardians, and educators to ensure that students with disabilities receive a fair and individualized education plan (IEP) tailored to their unique needs. These services include helping families understand their legal rights, attending meetings with school staff, ensuring compliance with education laws, and supporting the development and implementation of IEPs. Special education advocates aim to empower families and improve outcomes for students with disabilities by providing expert advice, representation, and guidance throughout the educational process.
